Thatcher Hotel
Hopland, CA

Project Management and Design Assistant services to a late stage pre-opening hotel in Hopland, CA. Primary role was as a thought partner with the owners and GM on the hotel launch. This included creating and identify the FF&E plan, sourcing and acquiring missing items, and preparing the rooms and other spaces for opening. Specific tasks included accessory scheme and sourcing, developing the opening project plan, and coordinating with bar program consultants.

TOURISTS
North Adams, MA

At TOURISTS, I functioned in two capacities - building rooms from provided FF&E according to specifications, and assisting F&B as event staff. These roles provided insight into hotel operations from a unique standpoint.

Brooklyn Zoo
North Adams, MA

A gut-remodel of a two-unit building in western Massachusetts for dedicated short-term-rental usage. Functioning as the sole designer, I worked directly with the contractor and subs on build phases. Sourced all FF&E and supplies in addition to managing rental operations and P/L with partner and property management.
